ABOUT THE OWNER /OPERATOR

After working a little over 4 years as a professional Tax Preparer for H&R Block, where I received over 60 hours of tax training annually and prepared on an average, 100 Federal & State tax returns per year, I decided to start my own business, “SITOU FINANCIAL SERVICES” in December 2010. 

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and have over 25 years of solid accounting experience as a Bookkeeper, Senior Accountant, Tax Preparer, Accounting Manager and Controller. I have a strong background in all facets of accounting and finance areas. I am a Certified Bookkeeper and currently working toward my CPA and IRS Enrolled Agent designations. 

I enjoy helping my clients maximize their tax saving opportunities as a method of financial planning for their future. Tax laws change often, thus making my career challenging and exciting. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with my clients and doing the best tax preparation for them.

Our Process towards Your Successful Return Preparation

-        Client “Checklist” provided.

-      Pick-up/Drop-off services available for clients living in Cumberland, Gloucester or Camden Counties, NJ even Philadelphia, PA.

-        Mail, fax/e-fax or e-mail services for clients living in other counties or states

-        Return prepared

-        Return results discussed with client

-        Tax preparation fee and payment options communicated to client

-        Invoice sent via e-mail or fax

-   Payment options: cash, credit card, certified check, fee collect, money order or PayPal

-        Returns electronically filed

-        Copy of return forwarded to client

-   Direct deposit of refund usually within 8-12 days after IRS acceptance

Our Tax Preparation Fees

Our Tax Preparation fees are based upon on the level of difficulty of the return, type and number of forms used in the return, not an hourly rate, neither on the income or projected refund.

 The following is our rate schedule for 2011 season (subject to change):

            * 1040 EZ No Dependents                                                     $80

            * 1040A/1040 with No Dependents                                     $100-190

            * 1040A/1040 with Dependents                                           $120-300

Group Rates and Special Discounts are available for a group of five or more members like churches, offices, apartment residents!!!

We Love Referrals! (Tell or Send a friend!) $15 gift cards for each paid client referral return.
